2. The Service
Mail10M provides randomly generated, disposable temporary email addresses that expire automatically after 10 minutes. The Service is provided “as is” for personal, lawful use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Send spam, phishing, harassment, or any unlawful communications;
- Violate the rights of any third party, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
- Use the Service for any automated abuse, bulk account creation, or resale.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that emails will be delivered, stored without loss, or available without interruption.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail10M shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Do not use the Service for critical or time-sensitive communications.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to block, expire, or restrict access to any temporary address or to the Service, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service or other users.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
