Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. Overview
Mail10M (“we”, “us”) provides a free, disposable temporary email service at mail10m.com. You can generate a random temporary address that automatically expires after 10 minutes. We designed the service to collect as little information as possible.
2. No Registration, No Personal Information
We do not ask you to register, log in, or provide any personal information such as your name, phone number, or real email address. Temporary addresses are generated randomly and are not linked to your identity.
3. Email Content & Retention
Emails sent to your temporary address are stored temporarily so you can read them in the inbox. Hot data is kept in short-term cache with a 10-minute time-to-live; structured records may be retained in our database for operational analysis. All mailbox content is permanently deleted when the address expires. We do not manually read your emails.
4. Local Storage & Cookies
To keep your address after a page refresh, we store the temporary address and its expiry time in your browser’s localStorage. We do not use tracking cookies. Third-party advertising partners may set cookies through ad slots to measure ad performance; see Section 5.
5. Advertising
The service is supported by ads. Third-party ad vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. We do not share your temporary email content with ad vendors.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not use a temporary address for sensitive accounts or critical communications.
7. Children’s Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
